Living in the Pacific Northwest, I understand the importance of spending time with loved ones, enjoying nature, and taking a moment to savor a cup of dark coffee. As someone who is passionate about the human brain and behavior, I know firsthand how easily we can limit ourselves and our potential. I empathize with those who feel lost and overwhelmed by outdated mindsets that no longer serve them.
But I also know that we have the power to change our lives for the better. Through my work with clients and my own personal development, I have seen how we can shift our trajectory and live in the present with less stress and anxiety.
I have always been drawn to the athletic community and love helping individuals reach their full potential. I have a vast toolbox of skills that allows me to approach each client personally and uniquely. I am here to help you unleash your personal and professional power, so you can live a life that brings you joy and fulfillment.

I am currently a Master’s Student in Gonzaga University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program where I am working toward becoming a licensed mental health counselor. I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and have made my way back here after spending the last four years in Colorado. I love listening to music, reading, and watching movies– especially when my cat is curled up in my lap! I’m always up for a good adventure, and even more so if there is coffee involved.
Ever since I was a kid, I knew that I wanted to work people with people in a meaningful way, and help to make the world feel like a better place. Within my own journey to better myself, I found my way to counseling. I quickly came to feel that it was my calling and I have been incredibly passionate about the profession ever since.
I come from an athletic background, having played sports my whole life. My athletic career continued into college, where I played lacrosse at the Division II level. My experience in collegiate athletics added a new layer to my passion for counseling, as I recognized the mental health care needs of athletes.
My goal is to use my athletic background to connect with clients and help them achieve their personal goals. My counseling approach is rooted in kindness and empathy, while also personalizing the counseling experience to each client's needs. I view counseling as a journey– one that I cannot wait to join you on!
