What is a Brainspotting Intensive for Athletes?
Brainspotting is a mind/body approach that uses eye positioning to access the brain's neurological system, clearing negative experiences and enhancing positive ones.
Physical or emotional trauma can impact an athlete's performance by creating maladaptive pathways. Brainspotting helps reset the brain, improve agility, speed, and reactions, and reduce anxiety. It benefits athletes aiming to improve performance, recover from injuries, prepare for competitions, or plan for retirement.
Brainspotting is typically most effective over the course of 10-12 sessions. An intensive offers treatment in a condensed form that is a highly effective way to get months of work done in just a few days.

Best for someone who wants to jump-start their healing. This intensive is also a good fit for someone with a new injury or one specific issue they want to work on such as breaking a personal record or the decision to retire
Review intake and confirm the area of focus
Brainspotting level 1 - find spots associated with the main issue for processing
20 Min Break
Brainspotting level 2 - One eye at a time for targeted work on each brain hemisphere
Biofeedback - Establish your baseline heart rate variability, learn “Quick Coherance” for nervous system regulation - learn to stay calm in stressful situations
Integration and review
